Activate your engine
About a minute. Copy your Machine ID out of NinjaTrader®, paste it below with your email, and your license comes back by email — usually the same day.
Download and install straight away. You do not need the license to set up, so get the engines charted while we issue it. See step 3.
1Find your NinjaTrader Machine ID
In the NinjaTrader Control Center, open the Help menu and choose About. Your Machine ID is listed there — 32 characters, for example 4C7A9E12B6D03F85E9A1C4B72D680F3A. Select it and copy.
Do this on the computer that will run the engine. Your license is locked to that machine.
2Paste it here with your email
32 letters and numbers. Spaces or stray punctuation are fine — we will tidy it up.
Your license is emailed back to you, usually the same day.
3Download and install now — do not wait for us
The license is not needed to install. Get the engines imported and charted while we issue it, and the moment your license file lands you drop it in and start.

When your license arrives, save the .lic file into this folder and restart the strategy:
Documents\NinjaTrader 8\OrthantLicense\
